Our 2019

As we are coming to the end of 2019, we would like to start off this blog post with a massive THANK YOU to each and one of you. Whether you have purchased from us, liked our photo, placed a vote on our polls, answered our quizzes, tagged a friend, or simply followed us: We would like to tell you that everything counts! So THANK YOU.

It has, indeed, been a whirlwind year. We have never had such an intense year, but Alhamdulillah, it has been a challenging YET productive year.

We launched our shop when Yusuf was just three months old. We felt that we needed to do it: Share our love for nursery styling and classic toys and bring all the amazing brands that we personally love to the country so all moms and dads can shop for these international brands, locally!

What an exciting year it has been. We held our first pop-up at Mabohai in April. It was nerve-wrecking as we had never done it before. Sophea had high-fever then but luckily we had two amazing ladies assisting us with the pop-up! The best part from this was definitely meeting all of you!

Another milestone was us joining the gorgeous Bloom And Bless in June. We really love our pop-up at Bloom And Bless and so excited to have a permanent physical presence for everyone's shopping convenience. We do enjoy decorating and arranging our products there! One more space to decorate haha!

We are so proud to be the official retailers for some of the best brands in children's interior, toys, party wares and accessories including Le Toy Van (UK), Moulin Roty (France), Vilac (France), Meri Meri (UK), Sass and Belle (UK), Rex London (UK), Oh Boeys (Australia), Sailah Lane (Australia), Hope & Jade (Australia), My Wee Fairy Door (New Zealand) and Biobax (Malaysia).We have also introduced other brands that we have acquired for you that are exclusively available at Bloom And Bless.

Another major landmark for our little family has been moving to our new house. It has been challenging to do a nursery-styling post due to the move but Alhamdulillah, a year after a challenging house-hunting and move, we are finally here. 

Speaking for myself, starting this business felt like the right thing to do. Personally, I have never felt this happy at work since my baking days which was 10 years ago. Have you ever felt so TIRED but still so happy doing a job? That's what it feels for me. I felt that I cannot imagine living my life simply surviving. Alhamdulillah, I have the best husband who has been so supportive of me ever since we met! 

So that's our 2019 in a nutshell. So many great things happened, we made lots of new friends, we met YOU, we learned a lot. We are so excited for 2020. We have already engaged a few new brands and so excited for that! We can't wait to see what 2020 has for us.
